Native for macOS. Fully offline.

Every customer's strategy, roadmap, and story in one place.

A Mac app for advisors who manage a book of transformation accounts. Build the strategy once. The roadmap, the dashboard, and the executive review come from it.

One record, three views

Enter the strategy on Home. The rest is derived.

Each customer is one saved record. Home holds the pillars, value drivers, deliverables, phases, contacts, and platforms. Roadmap and Canvas read from that record, so nothing has to be kept in sync by hand.

Home view: the account record with an Executive Snapshot, pillars, value drivers, and a strategy timeline.

Home is where the account stands and what is behind it: past targets, delivered work, pillars at risk, and your open to-dos for this customer.

Strategy to roadmap

The roadmap is built from the strategy, not drawn beside it.

Pillars become rows. Phases become columns. Deliverables carry their pillar and driver links onto the grid, and the Delivery layer lays them out as a Gantt against the customer's own dates.

  • Three layers: Outcomes, Delivery, and Blend, switched from the toolbar.
  • Group and sort the Gantt by phase, pillar, status, or owner. Drag a driver between phases.
  • Exports match the screen: same grouping, same bar colors, same key.
The Roadmap tab's Delivery layer: deliverables grouped by phase, drawn as bars across quarters from 2026 to 2028.

Bring your own AI. Keep your data.

Your assistant does the reading. The app never leaves your Mac.

Transformation Studio ships copy-ready prompts. Run one in whatever assistant your organization allows, paste back what it returns, and the customer record builds itself. Nothing about your customers is sent anywhere by the app.

Offline by design. No network calls, no remote services, no analytics. Apple Intelligence features are optional, run on the Mac, and each one says so in place.
1

Copy the prompt

Strategy Capture, Customer Research, and Contacts prompts live in the app. Six sections are yours to edit; the schema is locked so a paste cannot break the import.

2

Run it anywhere

Paste it into the assistant you already use, with the meeting transcript, notes, or research you want captured.

3

Paste the result back

Add Customer or the Strategy Assistant reads the capture, shows every proposed change with its evidence, and applies only what you keep.

The Strategy Assistant reviewing a pasted meeting capture: two status changes and one new deliverable, each with the evidence line that supports it.

Canvas and Import from Image

A board for the diagrams that do not fit a grid.

Drag, resize, connect, and group objects. Drop in a dated Timeline Frame with swim lanes, or an architecture diagram from Insert Template. Drop a screenshot of an old roadmap on the board and review what the app reads out of it before anything is inserted.

The Canvas board showing a customer roadmap as a Timeline Frame with three pillar lanes and deliverable cards, plus the Inspector on the right.
The Import from Image review dock: the app has read a screenshot and lists the objects, lanes, and cards it detected before inserting.

Transformation Dashboard

The whole book on one page, and a review you can hand to an executive.

The Dashboard sums up every account: overdue deliverables, pillars past target, accounts gone quiet, value delivered, and a Daily Focus for today. Executive Review turns any account into a multi-page PDF, with internal sections stripped when it is bound for the customer.

  • Executive Snapshot with filters that jump straight to the accounts behind a number.
  • Calendar and Time on Account across the book, read from the local macOS Calendar when you allow it.
  • Executive Review with cover, table of contents, strategy grid, and Delivery Gantt.

Requirements

What it needs

Mac

macOS 27 or later. Apple silicon or Intel.

Everything you enter stays on this Mac. The only outside data the app touches is the local macOS Calendar store, read on this Mac and only when you turn calendar reading on in Settings.

Apple Intelligence

Optional. The features that can use it (Daily Focus, the Strategy Assistant's on-device reading, Import from Image, check-in drafts, meeting sorting) all say so in place, and each one either works without it or explains why it cannot run.

Nothing in the app depends on a remote model.

Access

Transformation Studio is available by invitation.

If you advise a book of transformation accounts and want to try it, get in touch.
